In addition to the various Yogasanas (yoga postures), our Teacher will lead Kapalabhati, a breathing practice that purifies the frontal air sinuses, and is useful in treating cold, sinusitis, asthma and bronchial infection. It rejuvenates the whole body and keeps the face young and vibrant. The class will also include pranayama and Dhyan (meditation).
